| Payment timing | An invoice for each monthly billing period is issued on the first day of that period and is payable within 30 days of its issue date. A yearly subscription is invoiced on the first day of the yearly period. |
| Start of service | A customer that signs itself up on our website can use the Service as soon as the sign-up is complete. For a brewery already listed on KRFT, the Service is available once we accept the claim. For a customer we invite, viewing, and entering the customer's own details, are available as soon as an account has been opened with an invitation code; orders, stock, clients, invoicing and every other record are then available from the day we start the customer's use, after the data import and the walkthrough. |
| Free period | From the start date (day one) to the last day of the month in which the 30th day falls. The start date is the day of the sign-up for a customer that signs itself up, the day we accept the claim for a customer that makes one, and the day we make the Service available for normal use for a customer we invite. After a sign-up or a claim, paid use begins on the day after the free period ends only if the customer has confirmed in the Service, by the last day of the free period, that it continues; without that confirmation, the subscription ends on that day and no fee is due. For a customer we invite, paid use begins on the day after the free period ends. A customer may also begin paid use on any day of the free period, in the Service. Once per customer. |
| Cancellation | At any time. A monthly subscription ends on the last day of the monthly billing period, already paid for, that is running when it is cancelled; a yearly subscription ends on the last day of the yearly period already paid for. |
| Refunds | Fees already paid are not refunded, except the part of a yearly fee that covers the months after the date on which we discontinue the Service. |
| Requirements | The KRFT Ops app for iOS and Android. The LINE integration requires a LINE account. |
