  1. Ordered

One sentence becomes an order at that client’s prices.

  2. Reserved

On approval, the kegs are set aside.

  3. Delivered

The day’s deliveries become one round.

  4. Invoiced

At month end, every delivery is on its invoice.

What the admin really costs

Let’s be honest: you didn’t get into brewing to fill spreadsheets and type invoices.

So hand that work over. An AI has no soul. Good thing it never needed one.

Take those hours back, for your clients, your sales, your brews. Or to head home earlier.

That’s what KRFT Ops is for.

One sentence,one order.

Tell it what your client wants: it handles everything.

You write

“2 kegs of IPA for the taproom by the station, Thursday.”

KRFT Ops prepares

The order at that client’s prices, the kegs reserved, production told, the delivery round planned. At month end, every delivery is on the right invoice, ready to send.

You approve

You’re always the boss: nothing goes out without your sign-off.

Approve

What you can hand over

Six things you can hand over today.

Nothing to learn. You say it in one sentence, in Japanese, English or French; KRFT Ops works from your own clients, prices and stock; you approve before anything is recorded.

You say01

“How many kegs does the taproom by the station still have?”

KRFT Ops

The kegs at each bar, and since when. Before you promise another one.

You say02

“What’s left of the IPA in 20 L?”

KRFT Ops

In stock, reserved, available: size by size, from the same numbers the orders move.

You say03

“Thursday’s round, please.”

KRFT Ops

The day’s deliveries as one round, stops and route. Carrier or pick-up at the brewery, same list.

You say04

“The two kegs for Friday are ready.”

KRFT Ops

Marked prepared: they leave the stock and the delivery note is issued.

You say05

“New client: a bar, payment at 30 days, their own keg price.”

KRFT Ops

A client record with its contacts, terms and prices. Every order after that uses them.

You say06

“Close September.”

KRFT Ops

Every delivery of the month on the right client’s invoice, as a numbered qualified invoice PDF. You approve, they’re ready to send. Unpaid ones stay visible until settled.

Every change arrives as a card. You read it, you approve, it’s recorded. Nothing happens without you.

Your data

Your data stays yours.

Nothing is recorded without your approval.

The assistant prepares and proposes. It records only once you have approved.

The whole team, the same data.

Sales, production and admin see the same numbers, each in their role.

If it’s not for you, you leave with it.

Your data is yours. If you stop, you take it with you.

Questions

The questions we get.

Do my bars have to change how they order?

No. They order the way they do today; you tell the assistant in one sentence, and the order is created.

Does it know my prices?

It works from your own clients, prices and stock. Each client’s terms sit on their record, and every order uses them.

Is the invoice compliant?

Yes: a numbered qualified invoice PDF, one per client per month, that you approve before it goes out.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Sales, production and admin work on the same data, each in their role.

What happens after the free trial?

You choose. If you do nothing, the trial ends on its own: KRFT Ops becomes read-only, nothing is invoiced, and your data stays. If you continue, there is no commitment: it is ¥4,900 a month with your own AI, or the KRFT assistant in four plans sized by your requests, from ¥9,800, tax included. For the first 25 breweries, the first 6 paid invoices are 25% off, on every plan.
