The allowance
Only the assistant is counted.
Each time someone on your team asks the assistant for something, that is one request, however long. LINE messages are the messages the assistant reads in your bars’ linked LINE groups.
Once an allowance is used up, only the assistant stops, until the 1st of the next month: orders are entered by hand, your bars’ LINE messages still reach the thread without a draft, and the rest of the app and your own AI carry on. You are alerted at 80%, then when it runs out.
During the free trial, every plan runs on the allowance of the first plan with the assistant; the plan you choose applies from the day the trial ends. After the trial, moving up applies at once: this month’s allowance rises, prorated to the days left, and the new price applies from your next invoice. Moving down applies from your next invoice.

Which plan is right for me?
If you want to talk to the assistant in the app and take your bars’ orders straight from their LINE groups, take the assistant, and pick one of its four plans by the requests you make each month. The slider’s suggestion is only a guide, and you can change plan any time. If you already work in Claude or ChatGPT and want to run KRFT Ops from there, bring your own AI. The app, the data and the team are the same on every plan.
Which AI can I connect?
Claude, ChatGPT, and any AI that supports this kind of connection (MCP). Its usage is billed by your own AI plan; KRFT Ops adds nothing for it.
What can my own AI do?
The same as the assistant. It looks up stock, clients, orders and invoices, and prepares drafts of orders, delivery rounds and client records. Nothing is recorded until you confirm it in the conversation. What you confirm from your own AI is recorded under your responsibility, as if you had typed it yourself.
How does the free trial work?
You sign up yourself, and no payment method is asked for. The trial is free to the end of the month of its 30th day; the date is shown when you sign up. It runs with the assistant, whatever the plan you choose. Unless you choose Continue before it ends, KRFT Ops becomes read-only and nothing is invoiced; your data stays, and we export it for you on request. If you continue, your plan starts that day, invoiced each month, and you can stop any month. You can also switch to paid at any time during the trial.
Is your invoice a qualified invoice?
No. KRFT is a consumption-tax-exempt business in Japan and holds no qualified invoice registration number. Prices are shown tax included, and our invoice states the tax amount included in the price.
Does the price change with the size of my team?
No. The price depends on the plan you choose, never on the number of people: sales, production and admin all use it, each in their role.
